I specialize in substance use disorders and focus on an integrated approach to addiction treatment and mental health issues. As a nurse practitioner with over 40 years of practice in community health, both national and international HIV/AIDS care, with the primary focus being on substance use, I am well-versed in many modalities of care; adults, adolescents, and families. I have been a clinical instructor at Northeastern, teaching public and mental health nursing. I have worked as an expert witness in court-related substance use cases.
